Hi pat

All your videos are interesting soo keep 'em' coming.

Yes I had some honey back at the beginning of the year but wont touch them now till next spring. I like them to have plenty of stores to get them through the winter months. I have 5 hives now which I'm very happy about and all seem to be doing well

Hi Pat

Great video as always. Amazing how those bees built such straight comb in a place where they weren't wanted. When you put them in a hive they decide to build lovely curved comb, perhaps they know it annoys us 'beeks'..lol

Bees still relatively busy here but the weather is deteriorating now, getting cooler and the bees seem to be slowing down, oh the excitement of summer and the trepidation of 'winter'....... Still all my hives have good supplies at the moment.

Keep them videos coming, just love to see 'em and hear you sing.... Very Happy Very Happy .
Trouble is Ill have that song in my head again today...... lol

Ollie,

Do you think you'll be able to harvest any honey this year or will you leave it all to them to over-winter on?

I appreciate you watching and enjoying these videos. I guess often times it's the routine, but I do try to switch things up as much as I possibly can.

Another top bar hive removal - for your enjoyment and hopefully somewhat informative, as well.
